Robert Williams is rejoining Stateside Associates as a Vice President after serving in the Biden-Harris administration’s Commerce Department. As Deputy Director of Intergovernmental Affairs for the National Telecommunications and Information Administration (NTIA), he helped guide the launch and implementation of more than $48 billion in “Internet for All” funding from the Bipartisan Infrastructure Law to close America’s digital divide. With over a decade of experience advising political and business leaders and navigating complex policy issues, Robert adds valuable expertise in telecommunications and technology policy and infrastructure funding to Stateside’s leadership team.
