Zachary is a Vice President and Counsel, Health Care Policy. He has a background in legislation and policy and has also worked on administrative law and regulatory issues. His experience includes a clerkship on Capitol Hill for the House Judiciary Committee, campaign management, and some nonprofit work.  Zachary graduated from Liberty University in 2014 with a degree in government and from Liberty University School of Law in 2017 with his J.D. He is licensed to practice law in Washington, D.C.
