Nicole Labkoff is a health policy expert specializing in health system spending and patient access. As Senior Director of Health Care Policy at Stateside, she guides clients through state-level issues, focusing on drug pricing and Medicaid financing.

Previously, she worked in public affairs consulting, supporting pharmaceutical companies, payers, and patient groups with advocacy, policy research, and coalition building. She also tracked state health policies, producing daily and weekly updates.

Nicole’s interest in state health policy grew during her time in the Massachusetts State Senate, where she analyzed healthcare legislation. She holds an MPH from Harvard, specializing in health economics, and a BA from American University in Public Relations and Public Health.
