Dara Flores is the Vice President of Finance at Stateside Associates. In this capacity, she oversees all aspects of Stateside’s finance and accounting functions, including financial and management reporting, audit, tax, treasury, and financial planning and analysis. Her career spans more than 15 years of experience in corporate accounting, consulting services, and public accounting. Dara also brings experience in leading the due diligence process for successful M&A transactions.
 
Dara is a certified public accountant. She holds a Bachelor of Business Administration with a concentration in Finance from The College of William and Mary, where she graduated Magna Cum Laude, and a Master of Accounting from the same institution. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with her family and cheering for her kids from the sideline of the soccer field.
