Meghan Holihan serves as Chief of Staff and Senior Advisor at Stateside. In this role, she supports the Co-CEOs and principals in the execution of the company's strategic priorities and initiatives and helps to navigate complex organizational issues. 

She is head of the Client Services Department and manages a team of dynamic Associates who support Stateside's senior staff and clients with specialized research and operational assistance. The Client Services Department is focused on delivering timely, first-rate products, and exemplary customer service. The ultimate goal of every project is to have the client say, “This is exactly what I needed.”  

Under Meghan's direction, the Client Services Department provides state elections coverage delivering in-depth blogs, candidate profiles, reports, and presentations throughout the cycle to clients, boards of directors, and members of trade associations. 

Meghan co-leads the continuous development of our lobbyist network, ensuring Stateside clients have access to qualified contract lobbyists in all 50 states when boots on the ground are required to achieve advocacy goals.

Meghan began working at Stateside in 2013. Prior to joining the firm, she managed campaigns for the Virginia House of Delegates and the Virginia State Senate. She served in the Virginia State Senate for two sessions in the Majority Leader’s Office. Meghan holds a Bachelors Degree in Political Science from Virginia Commonwealth University in Richmond, Virginia.

In her spare time, she enjoys exploring the area's breweries, watching women's sports, and taking advantage of the multitude of live music venues in the DMV. Meghan, her husband, and their two amazing cats, Orange and Severus, live in Arlington.
