Health Care Regulatory Counsel & Team Lead

Radha serves as Health Care Regulatory Counsel and Team Lead at Stateside. In her role, Radha currently covers federal and state health care issues, including, but not limited to: Provider Scope of Practice, Medicaid, Medicare, Managed Care Contract Compliance, CMS Waivers, Surprise Billing, Telehealth, Compounding, Drugs & Devices, Biologics/Biosimilar Regulations, and more. 

Prior to joining Stateside, Radha was a legislative policy fellow with the ACLU in Nevada. She previously served as a Capitol Hill intern under former Senate Majority-Leader, Harry Reid where she worked on policy research for the Affordable Care Act. During law school, she completed a fellowship with U.S. Senator Catherine Coretz Masto, and served as a former Staff Assistant to U.S. Congressman Horsford.

Radha earned her B.A. in Political Science from American University and her J.D. from Hofstra Law School. Radha also holds a Harvard course certificate in Bioethics: The Law, Medicine, and Ethics of Reproductive Technologies and Genetics.

During her free time Radha enjoys Pilates and rooting for her hometown hockey team, the Vegas Golden Knights.
