Health Care Regulatory Counsel

Radha is a Health Care Regulatory Counsel with Stateside and has a background in bioethics and health policy. Prior to joining Stateside, Radha was a legislative policy fellow with the ACLU in Nevada. She previously served as a Capitol Hill intern under former Senate Majority-Leader, Harry Reid where she worked on policy research for the Affordable Care Act. During law school, she completed a fellowship with U.S. Senator Catherine Coretz Masto, and served as a former Staff Assistant to U.S. Congressman Horsford.

Radha earned her B.A. in Political Science from American University and her J.D. from Hofstra Law School. Radha also holds a Harvard course certificate in Bioethics: The Law, Medicine, and Ethics of Reproductive Technologies and Genetics.

During her free time Radha enjoys Pilates and rooting for her hometown hockey team, the Vegas Golden Knights.
